Few days back I’ve asked at Instagram stories that what will you do If you have too many frozen strawberries ?
Many replied to make strawberry shake or strawberry ice-cream but I’ve something else in my mind. Strawberry Sorbet Recipe was quite simple with very few ingredients, so I give it a try.
3 cups of frozen strawberries
5 tablespoon sugar
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Put all the frozen strawberries in a blender and make smooth puree.
- Combine water, lemon juice and sugar in a small saucepan. Heat over medium heat, stirring, until sugar has dissolved. Let it cool down and mix it with the strawberry puree.
- Now transfer it to a container and freeze for 2 hours, or until firm enough to scoop. I stir the mixture every 30mins.
